Logging in to your rebate88 account is quick, simple, and secure. rebate88 offers two ways to access your account — either with your username and password combination, or via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent directly to your Malaysian phone number.
OTP login is ideal if you prefer not to rely on a password, or if you frequently access your account from different devices. Each time you choose this method, a 6-digit OTP code is sent via SMS to your registered phone number. The code is valid for 120 seconds only, making every login session unique and protected against unauthorised access attempts.
For maximum rebate88 account security, we recommend enabling the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature. With 2FA active, even if someone knows your password, they still won't be able to log in without the additional verification code that only you have. You can enable 2FA under "Account Security" in your settings after logging in.
Rebate88 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted during the login process. Your password is stored in encrypted format and cannot be viewed by anyone, including rebate88 staff. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact our support team via 24/7 live chat.
Choose a password of at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or name.
Rebate88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or WhatsApp. Do not share your login details with anyone.
Boost the security of your rebate88 account by enabling 2FA through your account security settings.
Avoid logging in over unsecured public WiFi. Use your mobile data connection for better security.
Always log out of your account when you're done playing, especially if you're using a shared device.
After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes as a security measure. Contact our customer support via 24/7 live chat if you need immediate assistance unlocking your account.
Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form. Enter your registered phone number or email address and we'll send you a reset link or code within minutes. Make sure you check the same email or SMS used when you registered your account. If you're still having trouble, reach out to our support team via live chat.
Yes, the rebate88 platform is fully optimised for both Android and iOS mobile devices. You can log in directly through your phone's web browser with no additional app download required. The mobile experience is just as complete as the desktop version, with full access to all games, deposits, withdrawals, and account settings.
There are a few possible reasons for this. First, check whether Caps Lock is on, as your rebate88 password is case-sensitive. Second, your account may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts – wait 15 minutes before trying again. Third, your account may have been suspended due to a Terms & Conditions violation. Contact our customer support for further clarification.
Your rebate88 login session stays active for 24 hours if you select the "Remember me" option at login. Without it, your session will automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity as a security measure. For your best protection, we recommend against using the "Remember me" feature on shared or public devices.
If you suspect any suspicious activity on your rebate88 account, take these steps immediately: (1) change your password right away via account settings; (2) enable two-factor authentication if you haven't already; (3) review your login history and transaction history; (4) contact our support team via 24/7 live chat and report the incident. Our security team will investigate and take the appropriate action.
